"I had a great experience with the staff and maintenance. They were always honest and responded quickly to issues. However, Pegasus took over the apartments last spring and significantly increased the prices over the summer. My rent increased $400 for a one bedroom, one bath at renewal. This is obviously extremely unaffordable and the area that Thomaston Crossing is in is not the most desirable. It's okay, but is in a high crime adjacent area. I went to an auto shop about 2 minutes away, where I encountered a drug addict who was running around yelling on a Tuesday afternoon (and ya'll know the Bibb County police never responded). The new company also started doing a lot of construction, leaving the gates open at night, which led to multiple car break ins. I was also not a fan of all the random construction people all around the apartment. One "crew" decided it was a good idea to bring their entire family, who were running around and yelling at night. They also shut down the pool during the middle of the summer (July) for over a month."
"I've been here going on three years. I really loved the place my first year. I started noticing the breezeways not being pressure cleaned. I've submitted request but nothing happens. I was told that they have started pressure cleaning in the front buildings and were working their way to the back. That was over six months ago. I'm in the last building and still no pressure cleaning. In addition, I pay an additional 5.00 for pest control but still have to submit a request for them to come to my apartment. (I did one time, I don't think they came.) They recently painted the first three buildings but I don't seeing a continuation of the remaining buildings. I've added a few pictures of the breezeway in my building."
"I lived at Thomaston Crossing since December and love it. The staff is wonderful especially Logan Bryant she is exceptional. She has been amazing since we did our tour. The maintenance staff is amazing as well they are so efficient and go out of there way to make sure everyone is done right. The facilities are well taken care of and always clean. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone who values quality and safety."
