"If there was another star I would give Karon and the maintenance team here a six. Karon made me feel welcome after my long drive and made settling in a breeze. The place is nestled in the woods and the view from the bedroom sliding glass door fits this nature boy to a T. The grounds are well kept and the location is perfect. All my stores are nearer to me here than where I moved from, saving me time and gas. The renovations were perfect and all minor issues were taken care if efficiently. As a DIY handiman i know when a place has good workers and I was pleased with the minor fixes."

I absolutely love my place! It is very quiet and clean. I am very satisfied knowing that the tenants and their concerns come first and needs are met in a timely manner. "Living in Magnolia Terrace Apartments is great. We have a great staff that cares about their tenants. They're in the process of remodeling and upgrading the units. The staff is always available and if they're not, they get back to you in a timely manner. It's very quiet and clean. I love my apartment. If you're looking for a nice, clean, affordable place to stay with a great staff, Magnolia Terrace is the place to be!"
