"Staff was friendly but not too accommodating when I was dealing with a domestic issue and needed to get out of my lease. Also they had outrageous (and confusing) valet trash rules. $40 fine per "offense" if we didn't follow said rules. Also this wasn't the complex's fault but crime is high here. My car got broken into twice. Wouldn't stay here again."
"Northwood apartments are nice, the only negative thing I’ve encountered are the car break ins. After being moved in for only two weeks, our car was broken into. For the amount of rent we pay, we should feel more secure. My suggestion is to have cameras on property or security on property."
"In my 5 years of living here it's really a nice place to stay in. The team is super great and super nice. Everyday my kid gets a smile from the team cause of the candy they give out. They are super caring and will fix any problem you have in your apartment. The team makes us feel welcomed and it is very comfortable to stay in. But just don't come to the pool during the summer though. Because it gets wild but besides that me and my family really like it here and I hope you would like it to!"
"The office team works really hard to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. They have updated the pool and fitness center along with cleaning up our property. They always treat our kids as their own by giving them treats at the end of every school day and we always enjoy all the resident events they do! The Haunted House was so much fun and the Christmas Tree decorating event were great!! We appreciate all their hard work."
"I love the Staff and Maintenance guy (Blake) is phenomenal. The community is always quiet and my neighbors are good. I love my neighbor especially my 90yr old and his son are always reaching out to help, I have been there for 5 years and have only one complaint, I prefer to go carpet-less because carpet hold so many germs no matter how much you clean, other than that, Northwood has been great!"
