"POOR & UNPROFESSIONAL Property Management! Seems like corporate just stuck someone in the office to get the position filled after a rotation of property managers quitting! It's obvious that the SAFETY & SECURITY of the Residents doesn't matter! It's been 2 years since the SECURITY GATES worked. However, they spent $5,000 on pool maintenance?! Makes no sense at all! We would prefer SAFETY over pool access! Property Maintenance & Upkeep is NOT A PRIORITY either & that's obvious! The buildings are looking raggedy, stairways, entrance walkways to apartments, & sidewalks are DISGUSTING!!! Residents having to wait for issues to be resolved due to maintenance shifting responsibility on how they are supposed to be renovating. In the meantime there are Residents waiting for maintenance issues to be handled?! They have 1 maintenance man & he's overworked & nonchalant. Definitely would NOT recommend PPA to anyone! They need to Level Up their Business Values, Quality of Service to the Residents(which are their customers & therefore the generators of their revenue), & Standards overall! If it weren't for the RESIDENTS there wouldn't be a Business! That stated, Pinewood Park needs to make sure they are focusing on how office personnel interacts with the Residents & properly/professionally handle all matters. Focus on addressing property issues properly & handling them with integrity & efficiency!"

"I stayed out here for almost 2 years have the all unknown complaint about my unit, when I barely be home the property manger is very rude!!! I can’t wait until my lease is up!!!!! Great place but nosey neighborhood!!"

"Staff is phenomenal and caring. Friendly neighbors; VERY nice property and amenities. Lots of children- but surprisingly quiet unless you have children that run and jump around their apartment living right above you, lol."

"I love my apartment when i was able to stay their. I had water damage in my apartment they didn't want to fix the apartment at all. The carpet mildew under and ceiling was damage. The only thing they was willing to do was to paint the ceiling which after the insurance and the maintain people told they have to take the wood out and redo everything they didnt want to fix it because it cost too much. They dont like working on anything my stove was broken for about 3 months. They move when they get ready and have a nasty attitude toward you when you call and tell them something wrong with the apartment. If we still had Shannon and Marie everything was good."
