"I have been living on this property for almost 8 years now. When I first moved in, it was a great place to live, with quality residents and a five-star rating. However, things have gone downhill since the start of the pandemic. The maintenance staff changes every other day, and the leasing agents leave after a month. The security gate is always broken, and there is mold behind the water heater and in the window seals. I have to clean it up constantly to avoid getting sick. The residents are messy, loud and inconsiderate, and now there is a new problem where cars are being broken into. Some of the amenities that we pay for don't even work, like the air pump and water hose in the car care center. And when I try to communicate through email, I never get a response. When I talk to the management in person, they just say "We will take care of it" or "there's not much we can do", but nothing ever gets done. It's a shame because I have worked hard to be able to afford living here, but the constant chaos and neglect make me want to move away from this place. There needs to be a lot of work done to improve the situation here."
"The gate has been broken for weeks at a time. My truck was broken into during this time, and with no security in place there is no reason why it wouldn't happen again. Macon is not a safe town, you would assume management would be more cautious do to that."
"Lived here almost 2 years. Never felt scared until about 6 months ago. Too much late night mischief. Minimal security, gates are frequently rammed open and broken for weeks. Cannabis smoked next door to me. I reported it. Staff told me to take care of it. Yes, I'll be out of here in September."
"One of my employees is in residence here… his and 8 other apartments are currently flooded! Zero response from management!! No call back, no check in, no nothing! Don’t rent here… the other residents have said it’s an ongoing issue and has never been addressed or properly cleaned up. Being a premier employer in the middle GA area, we will recommend any of our transfer employees or new not rent here or from any affiliates of this group! Disgrace!"
