"Been here for about a week, so far I'm very pleased with the experience. Price and location is great, you aren't paying the price that apartments cost farther north, but the street feels/looks relatively safe for being in East Columbus. Emily and Tory are very professional and easy to work with. Every work order I've submitted for broken items in my apartment have been fixed within 24 hrs. The complex is very quiet, I rarely see or hear any other tenants. The apartment itself is very clean, all appliances are up to date. Very cosy."
"I have lived here for a few years and we have had some good property managers Emily is one of the best. She is very attentive to her residents and makes sure that she gives you what you need. I hope that she remains at the property for a long time. I really appreciate her and her professionalism she is great."

From the time we came to just view an apartment Emily has been very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and knew everything we needed to know. After the first visit we were sold! She made the process so easy and comfortable for us and got us in really quickly. Any small issue we have had she handled very quickly! Area is really quiet and comfortable as well. Highly recommend!"
"Emily is AMAZING! Ultra professional, personable, and accommodating. Be she giving you info, showing you an apartment, or passing you at a gas station be prepared to be intoxicated by the “air” around her. Maintenance, electrical staff, water team and everything else also responds lightning fast and are very professional as well! Great place!"
