"This place is pretty average at best. Stayed over here 5 years and every year they increased my rent by 40-50 dollars started requiring residents pay a fixed rate for water , pest control and trash on top of their rental payment and since being here we’ve gone through 3 different property management groups. In my honest opinion this place is no longer worth what they’re charging. The only convenience from this place you’re going to get is if you’re military because it’s just minutes from the main gate"
"I’ve been a resident here for almost 3 years and I’ve decided to leave a review after the help I received from Mrs.LaShanna yesterday. She took care of my maintenance request and also answered some other questions I had. She made me feel like my “minor” issue was major to her and assured me that she would take care of it, which she did without hesitation."
