"All of their maintenance staff does a very good job in getting orders filled in timely manner. Really appreciate the work they do! Tommy came and cleared my sink and the young lady came and out a new lock on for me yesterday!"

"The maintenance here sucks, my closet doors i needed fixed for the most part was fixed in a way it could just work for a moment, the same problem would occur after a while of continuously opening my closet door, then one shocked me by completely falling off the hinges after i attempted to open it (see picture) I also had a rodent mouse/rat in my home, they took the situation ever so lightly i had to call numerous time for them to come and inspect for ways in & out, they only put sticky traps which did not catch it (see pictures of proof of rodent in home) and now they are expecting money from me. It took 2.5 weeks after i moved in for everything to get fixed and everything still was not fixed as it should have been prior to me moving in. They didn't offer me a new unit or anything knowing that i had a small child and they also tried to tell me that it may have been a lizard when i clearly never mentioned lizard & why would i be scared of something small, it was HUGE. I would not recommend staying here at all. they suck and the rent is not what it should be with them ran down apartments!"

"Tommy came today and fixed a faucet in our bathroom. While here we mentioned a serious issue with drainage system out front. My husband and I had been trying for 2+ months to get fixed. A few minutes later I hear a scraping sound outside and saw Tommy and Brittany with shovels cleaning the drainage area. It took a while 15 minutes max to fix a problem that I feared would not get fixed. Those 2 people are amazing in my opinion!"

"They don’t care about their people most people that leave good reviews are getting free stuff out of it, Property manager Brittany is horrible I’ve had to live in a place that’s falling apart, a place that got flooded with toilet water from upstairs neighbor, leaked multiple times, water damage was left in light fixtures in carpet, ceiling falling apart due to damage, they never offered us a new place after situation and was just told I could take it court if I wanted to ,called multiple times for them to come fix it they never came to reevaluate the place after the situation and on top of that to move out they want to charge me fees to clean my carpet yet as they never came to clean mine when all the toilet water came in to our apartment. It was unsanitary and a hazard as the water was in our light fixtures and when we tried ending lease because the place was unlivable they still were quick to want to charge us lease termination fees. They’re so lucky I can’t attach videos here."

"The community is not what I expected it to be. It's noisy, outdated and extremely overpriced for what I was actually getting. The apartment is falling apart from the inside out. The property manager Brittany is nice and helpful. There is always break ins in the cars, trash always in the breezeways, can never get in contact with anyone in the office by phone and there is real PEST problem over there. The rent is too expensive for apartments that aren't worth it due to upkeep. The gated community feeling definitely wasn’t there because me being here less than 6 months, the gate has just been fixed a week or so ago. I feel like community needs a lot of upgrading and more security. When it's dark out, the community is not safe because there is no lights around a lot the buildings to see your surroundings at night especially for people with kids. This property only cares about getting their rent money and not the people who live in their apartment. And even with the rent money they are getting, they still not doing anything to keep up the apartments. They worry about a lot of wrong things but not what really matters. I wouldn’t refer or recommend anyone to those apartments. It’s the high priced ghetto in other words."
