"Can’t reach nobody ! I was approved for an apartment and was told to pay my deposit but as I check the website where I applied my email nor password is working I call everyday no answer!! I email no answer I even drive up there every other day Door is LOCKED ! I did want to live here but If this what comes with renting then I am good it’s more apartments that will be more than happy to service me ."

"***Long Post Alert**** When attempting to reach the front office they never answer the phone. You can almost always reach their answering service/"Customer service team" but actually talking to someone in the office is nearly impossible. I was attempting to help my sister and brother get an apartment here at Parkway and we needed to send pay stubs over to an email address that was oddly longer than normal. With an unusually long email address like that it is extremely easy for anyone to make an error while attempting to send confidential information. While attempting to send the pay stubs we kept getting the message "Email address does not exist". We tried calling almost all day and could not reach anyone at the front office. We did talk to a guy from the customer service team who gave us an alternate email address which at the end of the day is a safety concern. Where exactly is our confidential information going ? In the midst of all of this confusion my sister wrote a review stating all of her concerns and giving this property a less than satisfactory rating. After trying for days attempting to talk to someone they were finally successful with speaking to someone and setting up an appointment. At this appointment the first thing the lady at the front office did was read the review back to my sister and stated that "She could take legal action" because my sister apparently used her whole name. She also proceeded to tell my brother and sister that "They have miscommunication among themselves". Which is why there is so much confusion going on. The leasing agent also stated that they are busy which is why they can never answer the phone. In my sister's review she stated that she spoke to a guy who gave us the alternative email address and the leasing agent stated “Who did you speak to, no guy works here?” Common sense would say my sister was talking about someone who works for your answering service team, just as I stated above. Keep in mind in the midst of all this the manager was in the office. Let me tell you something ma'am, your JOB is to make sure that there is no miscommunication going on at all when it comes to the process of rentals and any information needed for the property. Sounds like you need more employees if you do not have time to answer potential/current residents. Every other review is stating that the main office never answers the phone. This process was long, unorganized and unprofessional. If you were going to pursue legal action, why didn't you? How do you not have time to answer phones but you have time to read a review back to a potential resident? Keep in mind that the review would not have been written in the first place had excellent customer service been provided. My brother and sister found an apartment elsewhere. Imagine if they had moved in and needed some type of maintenance on the apartment? They would never be able to reach anyone at the front office apparently ( As I see are some common issues from residents based on reviews). Now I can say this, they have cheaper rates than most in the area, but it is not worth the headache. Oh yeah, the leasing agent's name is: Tabitha W. Thank You"

"The apartments are actually nice. I just wish the employees were kinder. One of the ladies is very kind but one of them is mostly rude and brash. But I will be filing a complaint to the owners soon so hopefully this issue may be resolved."

"Was an okay place for a while. Staff are relatively nice and helpful. But the complex is dirty. Trash often everywhere. The picture is how the garbage disposal looks pretty much everyday. The maintenance guys try their best to put it all in there but it's just nasty that this happens. Shoddy appliances and window fixtures as well."
