"I enjoyed this complex when it was run by the previous management company. We had our own convenience store on-site that was literally a 1-2 minute walk for me. It was very convenient. The first thing the new management did was close the store. The main pool is currently closed and has been for about 2 months now, with no word as to when it will reopen. There are two other pools but they are not as convenient and are smaller. My rent was just increased over $100 per month. The apt. is spacious but is not worth over $1200 per month. It is a tranquil and peaceful area."

"The leasing agents, Myndi and Lauren, have been a pleasure to work with since we talked in the door of their office requesting a tour! Although Myndi was speaking with another couple, she acknowledged the presence of me and my husband. She spoke with each set of potential residents separately and was sure to ask if we'd prefer separate tours of the property. Her tour of the entire property was informative and thorough. We didn't have to ask any questions about amenities, where the pools were located, how to use the conference, or where to apply. The property was beautifully landscaped and well kept. The model apartment was very spacious, the size of some houses, and felt very cozy. During the application process, Myndi and Lauren were very patient and responsive to questions via phone and email. I've lived in a couple of different states and types of apartment communities and I can definitely say this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had throughout the touring and leasing application process."

"Well worth the price. My roommates and I each paid only $600 a month, 1800 total, for a quite sizeable three bedroom, 2 bath apartment while we were both stationed in Columbus at Ft. Benning/Moore. The newly renovated gym is very good with pelotons and lots of machines (with my only complaint having no squat rack). The ladies who work in the leasing office, like Lauren, are very kind and incredibly helpful in answering all of your questions and acting quickly on the lease. I definitely recommend this place."
