Summit Pointe Apartments and Villas

"I’ve lived here for a year and there is ALWAYS something wrong with the water. They give very little notice before it happens; So it leaves you and your family in a bind. The water has been shut off since 10 am and we’ve just got an email saying it won’t be on at all tonight. So that leaves us to do what? It feels completely unacceptable especially since we pay so much in rent."

"We lived at Summit Pointe Villas for 2 and half years and absolutely loved it. The Management staffs - Jennifer, Jason and Ashley - are extremely helpful and wonderful people. They are military and pet friendly also. We did not have any problems while we were living there, and if anything we needed (which we barely had) was done in a timely manner without any delays or hassles. This neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I-185 and Veterans Pkwy are easily accessible from the neighborhood and so do other places such as grocery stores and restaurants. We loved having our own fenced backyard and privacy as no shared walls (Stand alone Villa). Sadly we got orders to leave Fort Benning, but if we ever get sent back here we will definitely choose Summit Pointe Villas without any hesitations. We loved here so much."

"UPDATE: I left my original, glowing review below while still living at SP, but I recently relocated and had to move out (for reasons unrelated to SP or its management), so I wanted to update this review and let everyone know that - YES, after living at Summit Pointe for over 7 YEARS, I still believe it was an amazing place to live and would recommend it to anyone. I hated having to leave. Ignore any negative reviews - this place is great and managed by caring, responsive people. Some of the reviews are just silly - if the bathroom was too small, for example, then why sign the lease? Management deals with maintenance issues promptly, and the neighborhood has an amazing community of friendly people. There are two amazing pools, and they keep them clean. I would recommend this place to anyone!"

"We have lived at Summit Pointe for over 6 six years and couldn’t have been happier! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming when walking through the neighborhood. Our family has been so blessed to have been apart of the Summit Pointe family! Jen and Jason were amazing from the very beginning when we first came to tour the villas. We will truly miss our wonderful neighbors and the quiet neighborhood. We will miss our sweet little home with so many wonderful memories we have made and hope other families will be as happy as we were. Summit Pointe is the BEST! -Megan and Jeremy"

"If I could give Summit Pointe more than 5 stars I certainly would. This was the best decision we could have made when we sold our home. My husband and i are in a 3 BR/2 BA free standing Villa that is on one level. We have a 2 car garage, a fenced back yard and some attic storage. It truly feels like owning without the hassle. The staff, both office and maintenance, could not be nicer, more competent or more helpful. The few times we have asked for help their response was almost immediate. The neighborhood is quiet, gated and we feel very secure. Summit Pointe is truly a hidden gem."
