"I’ve been a resident at Grove park for roughly 3 years and I must admit it’s absolutely amazing living here. From the amenities,maintenance crew, to the front office staff! It’s very rare I need accompanied with anything but when I do they don’t hesitate to take care of it for me, no matter the time or day. It’s pet friendly,quiet, and very clean throughout the entire property. 10/10 recommended if you’re looking to live in a nice & safe community"
"Recently went to grove park to tour and when I got there the leasing agent was immediately very warm and greeted me. She did a fantastic job explained everything amazingly and took us on a wonderful tour of the apartments even in the cold weather!! All around she made the experience amazing and I’m hoping to move in there soon and thank her again in person for the amazing job she did!"
"The heat and air constantly go out. The master bedroom doesn’t get heat or air and I put in many requests over the year I’ve lived here and it never got fixed. I’ve had problems with my AC unit off and on since I moved in over a year ago. Now, my heat stopped working. I put in a request that same day. They gave me a space heater to borrow for a day or two until they fixed my heat now it’s been a WEEK! I’ve been heating up my apartment with the oven. I woke up this morning and it was 68 degrees! These apartments cost way too much for this. Over the summer I was without air multiple times. The apartment got up to 82 degrees and I was pregnant with high blood pressure."
"My friend lived here and management left them without a/c for 2 months and still terminated their lease for causing a scene about this. Nice apartments but we all know that problem should have been solved a lot sooner."
"My application process was a breeze! Erika and the office staff made a wonderful impression, answering any concerns or questions with ease. The complex itself looks very well maintained, and I am overjoyed to become a resident!"
