"Ever since the new owners took over, we have had nothing but problems. To get something fixed, we have to wait 2 to 3 months at a time. It’s definitely not worth the money! I have asked to speak with someone over the property manager several times and have been told that the information can’t be released. Like really? You’re getting my money every month with no problem though. And the five star reviews are lying, stay away from here. Everyone over this establishment is money hungry and not doing what’s best for their tenants! I am still having issues with my water almost a year later. They apparently fix the issue, but it messes back up a few weeks later. Thoi is so unprofessional. I called about my air conditioner and he hung up in my face when I asked could we get some fans until the issue was resolved."
"Management is great and helps you move easy. When I was looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to move this was near the freeway very close to get on freeway quickly met my needs when it comes to work and stores I need to get to quickly. I can tell the owner cares about this place especially how beautiful the landscape is taken care of. When I was looking at first I was told by another apartment complex nearby I have to wait 2 weeks. Another it's vacant this coming Saturday mind you it's Monday I need to move in immediately. I'm just glad management had available spots because I am not bout to wait 1-2 weeks when I need a place to move in now. I was in a house of 18 people I am so glad I am not there anymore now peace and quiet in my own space is just plain lovely. Love it!!"
"I have been living here since March, and it has been a pleasant experience. I love the fact that it's pet friendly with no breed restrictions. I love the fact that utilities are included in the rent- one payment at the first of the month, everything is taken care of. I wish that we had a balcony or a porch, but that's not really an issue. Thoi is very friendly and very helpful when we need something."
"Thoi, the property manager was super nice and responsive. He answered all our questions about the property and made the move simple. Apartments are a good size. Other tenants are nice and welcoming. Pets are welcome!"
