"Roach infested dump. Even had rats that they could not get under control. I was terrified that my toddler would get attacked. Out dated old hotels that do not have washer or dryer hookups or dishwashers. Poor management won't fix heating when I was about to give birth to my baby. A horrible and noisy place to live. Public housing would be just as good and free. Used condoms in the parking lot. Gross. We had to get out of this hell hole."
"Nearly new ownership, and it's getting better every day. Affordable places in Cobb are hard to find. This place is one of the few left!"
