"Moved in December of last year and I couldn’t be happier. The manager, Amber, was super helpful during the transition. She assisted with the utilities and some small issues I had upon move-in, she always has a smile and greets me with worth when I visit the office. The maintenance is great and always punctual. Aside from a few trashy residents and irresponsible pet owners the property is amazing!"

"I moved here from California after my husband and I got married in late 2021. While he has lived in Georgia for about 10 years, the Maven is the first place I've had the pleasure of living in Georgia. While moving across the country was rough, all the people here are really friendly and make it feel like home. All the staff works really hard to make sure our concerns are taken care of, and James, who is in charge of maintenance, is particularly friendly and checks in with the residents to make sure everything is clean and running well. The walkability of the area is better than I had imagined with the convenience of Kroeger next door, a nature walk that goes behind the apartment complex, and a crosswalk directly to the new park being built across the street."

"This community is the worst place to stay in Suwanee especially the prices there asking . Management is non responsive most of the time , the employees that work here walk right by you without saying hello or anything . Maintenance is non existent you have to keep pressuring them to get anything done , most of the time I would have to do it myself . We had a swamp in our community area where our patio was and I addressed drainage issues for 2 years and it never got fixed , Constant bugs and dirt in our apartment because the sitting still water . Don’t waste your money on trash service you’ll end up taking it out yourself. Pool is filthy all the time , grills work occasionally. There’s just a lot better options for the money in the area ."
