"I’ve been at the indy for about 5 months and i have resigned for another year! i’ve had a pretty good experience living here. any maintenance issues get solved within a day or two, all the appliances are very modern and the rooms are spacious. i’ve had no issues!"

"Too much to write, but from a parental standpoint, I WOULD NOT recommend your child staying here. I was super excited when my daughter first moved in over 2 years ago, but now I am super excited that this is her last year. -Lack of purposeful, useful cameras, paying extra for reserved parking only to half the time having to call a towing service on your own because someone is parked in your space, extreme increase in rent, but nothing to show for it, on the news more than once for racial slurs painted all over the walls, criminal activity, hallways smelling horrible as if the carpets have not been cleaned, since it opened, students startled out of their sleep from the CONSTANT fire alarms, the lack of communication with whoever TRULY manages/owns the apartment complex- I could go on. How there is a rating of 4 stars is beyond me. Please, use your money for a better living space for your student."

"My wife and I helped our son move in Saturday. Don’t get me wrong, The Indy is a very nice apartment complex. But I must say we were really disappointed in the condition of his apartment. It had not been cleaned, the entry door latch to the apartment was not working correctly so the door would not properly close, etc. We contacted management and a cleaning crew eventually came up and cleaned the common area. A member of the management staff on duty assisted us with the door issue, so hopefully that will be fixed soon. Our son was really bummed out about the whole situation, because this is not what any of us was expecting. Especially since we had such an awesome tour of the complex and model room previously. The other issues with the apartment were entered into the inspection portal. Please understand, I am definitely not bashing The Indy as a whole, but our move-in experience was not a good one. Thank you."
