"I’m not sure what happened with the other reviewers saying this is a scam.. I applied and was approved within 2 days and they were ready to move me in. I’ve had great, transparent communication with the leasing department and am excited to start living here! Only four stars because I’ve only been given a virtual tour so far and won’t be seeing it in person until next week so can’t judge everything just yet. Generally speaking, the complex is nice and safe and the staff are friendly and welcoming."

"Super scam. I am trying to inquire about a one bedroom and leasing office literally REFUSES to speak to me via phone call. The excuse was they are working remotely and email is the “best” way to talk to them. Drove to the complex and there is no leasing office, cool. Inspector told me to drive 5 mins up the street and it is a literal shed next to a dog park. You can hear a dog and a person inside but side on the shed said it’s not a public leasing office therefore I couldn’t speak to them. This place is giving bad vibes and I’m not renting from a company that does not have the decency to speak to someone, bare minimum over the phone. Be careful."

"This apartment complex gave me weird vibes. I inquired about a one bedroom unit and was told that a unit was in the process of being ready for move in, however I should wait to apply until it was ready - ok no problem. They gave an ETA of one week to follow up. I follow up and was told that someone put a deposit down on the unit (after I was told not to apply). After that point, I kept seeing listings for one bedroom apartments but kept being told nothing was available up until a few days ago (about one month into this process now). I was finally told a unit was available but there were a lot of people interested in it; was also told that I could be sent photos but couldn't see it in person until I put down a non-refundable deposit??? I don't think that's legal. Anyway, they never sent photos and the whole thing seemed scammy to me. I hope that they aren't telling people things are available and making people deposit when it's not."
