"I love how they remodeled the place it give me good vibes 2 rooms 1 bathroom is a steal. Love the people that work at castlebrook greatly appreciate all you people have done for these apartments."
"The management team at Castlebrook is great! They communicate well with us in regards to maintenance and always let us know what is going on. The remodeling that this new management team has been doing since they took over has really improved the environment here. With the new lighting and walkways it is so much brighter and I feel alone safer walking to and from my car at night. I can wait to see what other improvements are to come!"
"DO NOT LIVE HERE. roach infested, mold, water damage covering my apartment. it has been under construction for over 2 years and there has been 3 ugly dumpsters in the parking lot for over a year. plumbing issues every week and the construction workers and maintenance will never clean up after themselves. I am moving out in 2 days and am getting all the proof i can so they don’t try to take my deposit over THEIR mess."
"This apartment complex needs to do waaaaaay better too many roaches in the units and they pest control does not work. Just rent somewhere else. The roach infestation was so bad I would never be comfortable at night as I sleep."
"I will never and never recommend Castlebrook Apts to someone. Bad management, all apts are badly damaged. They are just trying to redo the outside of all apts, but the inside is worse. Many big holes in my apartment, AC unit problem, many insects inside too. I saw a lizard stinky in my living room. Bad management service and they don’t care about your health and security. Not a safe place to live."
