"Nestled in a tranquil setting in East Cobb is the beautiful community of Augusta Commons. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is where you want to be. If you’re looking for a safe community where your neighbors are like family this is the place!! The pool is gorgeous and there is a gym open 24/7, laundry facility, business office, carwash, dog walk area, picnic area, etc. Augusta Commons is a little piece of heaven!! The leasing office staff, led by Sabrina and Shadae, are phenomenal; and the maintenance team of Jorge and Ant are equally wonderful!!!!!! I couldn’t be any happier to call Augusta Commons my home and little piece of Heaven!! I absolutely love it here!!"

Helpful, the units are very good; quiet neighborhood; not hills so I can walk around easily; 5 min close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and many other services. Thank you for the very nice Thanksgiving and Christmas for the residents! Great place to live!"
"My time living here was Amazing! The office staff are always there to assist with whatever needs or questions I had. I lived at several communities where it takes forever for maintenance repairs, but these guys are awesome, professional, and punctual. They responded to my requests, were professional entering my unit, and also got the problems solve. I definitely have and will continue to recommend this property to anyone in need. I just relocated with my job and unfortunately there’s not a sister property where I’m headed. Thank you guys for everything!"
