"Imagine coming home after a 16hr day to the sound of your upstairs neighbor pounding above you. And it is not just outside of quiet hours, but after midnight, or whenever they feel like being Bob the Builder. The floors are old and squeaks all throughout. I know when my upstairs neighbors are in their bathroom, living room or bedroom. I know when they get out of bed to use the bathroom and when it’s flushed. I can even hear them talk. My only regret is not being able to move to an upper level apartment due to knee surgery. However, the whole complex is loud! From the noise of police sirens from the busy road outside of the apartment, vehicles, etc. Oh, let me not even talk about the amount of times I’ve almost gotten into a car accident because the entrance to the apartment is shared with a very busy shopping plaza. Other than the convenience of getting to major highways, these apartments are outdated, with cheap appliances and crowded parking spaces. Maybe my experience would have been better, if I didn’t keep getting the loudest and rudest neighbors in the unit right above me."

"I’ve been here about 6 months now and I absolutely love the place. It’s a safe community other then minor life situations happening, the property stays on top of it. I am extremely grateful for Allison, not only did she make my cross country move seamless with my kids from start to finish, her character has not changed at all. Just wanted to take the time to say I’m very happy I made the love I did and would suggest for anyone especially if you have kids. The bus stops inside of the community for all graded levels and there are so many events that allow us to meet our neighbors. I am at peace at home!"
