"I have been struggling with getting my heat fix for 2 months.Thus has been since October 2023. I put in an emergency request this weekend and no one called ,responded or came by to fix my heat. It was 28 degrees this morning. I keep getting promises but no action. I have got to find somewhere to live that cares about their tenants well being and not just rent on the 1st of the month. This is getting out of hand and I am freezing and no one still has not come to my apartment ."
"I lived there over 10 years ago I got sick and my mom did also to where my mom ended up on oxygen do to mold inside the unit and had roaches and water bugs also"
"Where can I start L.Morales is a awesome manager and very concerned about her resident's. She communicates well and she has great attention to detail. The maintenance department Fernando is Heaven sent.I love this guy. He goes over and beyond to help. I am extremely grateful for The Taylor apartments!!"

"The place is a disaster. Bugs bugs and more bugs. The plumbing was disgraced! No hot water well over a month. They said the handles were switched. Burglarized once. The back patio looks like a war zone. Do not move"
