"I must say, I’ve lived here for a few months and I was skeptical about the complex because of the reviews. I have learned to go with my own experience which I am very pleased with how quickly maintenance come out and fix the small issues I have here. Z is amazing and I would recommend this complex to anyone who ask. Very safe. Quiet and feels so good to know I can come home to a peaceful neighborhood. They do thier best here and that’s what I appreciate the most. Thank you Z and office staff for all you do!!!!!!!"
"Overpriced given the area and how outdated it is. Poor communication from management and when they do respond, it's just empty promises. This was true when we moved in 2 years ago and still true when we moved out, even with a new management company. Insist on seeing the unit before signing the lease- because they will hand you the keys while there is still trash, dirt, and mold everywhere. There's years worth of trash and forgotten furniture thrown into the woods around the buildings. Maintenance is lovely and the complex is generally quiet, though. Other complexes nearby are much nicer at the same price point!"
