"What I get to look at every time I step out of my door. Told me months ago trash compactor would be fixed, nothing has changed. Raccoons hide under there and will approach your dogs. I'm embarrassed anytime I have company over. Disgusting. ***UPDATE*** Well the trash compactor area up front is temporarily shut down due to something breaking, so now the entire complex is forced to pile their trash here so it's gotten worse. They are however quickly repairing the one out front, when ours has been neglected for MONTHS and left residents having to deal with trash right outside their doorsteps. I assume they're fixing the one out front quickly because potential renters actually see that one."
