"This place is a roaches nest. Please don’t move here. After a year of living here I’m moving out at the end of my lease. I requested pest control over and over the never send someone and when the did the person said we needed a different service something deep cause roaches are everywhere. You can’t even leave your food on the table for 5 minutes without roaches getting all over it. This is disgusting and unacceptable. I keep my apartment extra clean and that’s doesn’t work. They keep coming. It is normal for us to see about 30 roaches per day. I have to keep my lights on at any time cause if I turn them off it’s like a roaches party. Please stay away from this place. Management don’t do anything. The video is my pantry…. These people don’t care for the tenants they just care about you paying your rent."

"I would like to express my gratitude for the level of service I've received from Jenny (Resident Coordinator/Leasing Manager). Jenny has consistently shown she's able to get the job done whenever there's an issue. She's also patient, kind, and courteous under pressure or when there's a delay. The complex is pretty huge and to be able to maintain a sense patience while getting the job done speaks volumes in my opinion. So, thank you Jenny for doing such an amazing job!!"

"5/5 stars for a great tour w/ Jenny. In the approval process to get my own spot but the place is pretty great for what you’re paying for. I had about 678 questions and she took the time to answer all and reassure me of all things I was concerned about. The space is also bigger than pretty much every 1 bedroom apartments I’ve seen. By over 150 sq ft. Hoping to get locked in soon!"

"Customer service is often considered a relic, but at Park at Windy Hill, it's alive and thriving! My move-in experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Melody, my leasing consultant. She delivered a white glove service, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Not only did Melody address every concern promptly, but she also orchestrated the resolution of a major cosmetic issue outside my apartment on my move-in day. What amazed me even more was that I had requested this on a Friday evening, and by the following Saturday, it was flawlessly fixed. The entire office staff deserves applause. In Melody's absence, everyone, from the leasing manager to the other leasing consultant, extended their pleasant and helpful assistance. They patiently answered my numerous questions and handled my requests with utmost professionalism. While I haven't directly interacted with the maintenance staff, my background in leasing and maintenance makes me particularly discerning. I was delighted to find my apartment impeccably prepared, thanks to their meticulous efforts after a move-out. The turnaround was swift, and the result exceeded my expectations. I am genuinely thrilled with my move-in process, the property, and the exceptional staff at Park at Windy Hill. Kudos to the team for setting a new standard for customer service in the industry! PS: A noteworthy mention – my apartment at Park at Windy Hill was bug-free! Another testament to the meticulous care and attention to detail that defines the exceptional living experience they provide. It's the little things that make a big difference, and I couldn't be happier with my move-in at this outstanding community."
