"Opening a new office in Atlanta and was looking for an apartment in the suburbs. Woodstock, hands down, is the nicest town I've seen. With that, I started calling around and checking reviews. After being treated like I was calling used car lots and only as a number by a multiple complexes, I called The Heights. Wow, what a difference!! The Leasing Agent "Dawn", listened. That's rare these days. I stated what I was looking for and received answers. Security, access to the interstate, City/Airport, Schools, Parks, Shopping, Restaurants and Groceries. Well, that was my list. It felt like I was already home. Looking very much to come in and move in. Thank you Dawn"

The landscape setting is beautiful, the rent is very competitive for the amazing standard of living offered, and the leasing office staff is first class. The assistant manager, Dawn Hart, has truly done everything possible to make my transition to apartment living smooth and efficient. I'm so grateful to her and feel quite spoiled. The pool, parking lots, garage buildings, breezeways, fitness center, car wash, dog park, and all other amenities are meticulously maintained, and I was very pleasantly surprised to find it all in such a quiet environment. "Moving into The Heights has been a breath of fresh air after living across town in a particular high rise luxury apartment. The grounds at The Heights are beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. The dog park is spacious, and there are plenty of sidewalks nearby for dog walking which is perfect for a pet owner living in an apartment. But, the best part about living at The Heights is Dawn, the most amazing leasing agent in town! She went above and beyond to ensure our move-in went smoothly and always makes herself available to answer questions."
