Hampton Inn Atlanta/Woodstock

"I booked with this hotel because it is on Hilton Honors Program and location is convenient for me. My room was not cleaned for 3 days, "for our comfort" they provide house keeping services every other day. Breakfast is a joke, only good thing is that they have coffee at the lobby 24/7, alarm clock in the room was broken and dust was collecting behind the night stand,... I would never stay here again."

"Our 1st stay here, will definitely stay again! Pet friendly & one pays a $50 fee for a pet, but very CLEAN hotel. We booked a king bed room, LOTS of room. Bathroom was spotlessly clean, updated. Bed was so very comfortable. No pet smells ANYWHERE, from our room, to the hallways, so they definitely use that money charged for pets to keep this hotel clean ! Breakfast room was spacious & very clean, lots of options, including make your own mini waffles. There is a delicious Mexican restaurant about 1/4 mile from our hotel. Absolutely no complaints w this hotel, both front desk girls were accommodating & welcoming.also very quiet, even tho pets were permitted. I can’t say enough about this hotel !"

"I travel to the area every other week for work and had decided to try a different hotel. People were in the hall yelling, slamming doors, and had dogs barking on and off all night. I finally called the front desk at 4:00 AM and it the noise and commotion never stopped. I finally got up and went to work at 5:30am, 3.5 hours earlier than I would have. I would not choose this hotel to stay at again."

"Filthy, had to clean sticky bathroom floor just to start. All the floors are sticky. Then look for yourself at the lobby. I am a Hampton fan, I will never be back to this one, and disappointing, a daughter just bought a small house a few miles away."
