The Palmer Apartments

"Literally the worst place possible one could live. Management is sketchy. Mold everywhere. Everything in the apartment screams cheap. Carpet is janky. The bath tub stays gross no matter how much you clean it. The smell of weed and cigarettes is continuous. The cabinets and counter tops are junk. They’ve been falling apart since we moved in. Do yourself a favor and do not move here"

"When we moved in, the apartment was absolutely, unacceptably filthy. The bathroom counter is falling off the wall. There is mold growing in the bathroom. The tub refinish isn't actually a refinish. They just painted it. They actually painted over literally everything as if that means something, but they actually missed one drawer. So I have one drawer that is not repainted. The spray nozzle on the sink leaks when the sink is on, leading to mold growth. There are roaches which I had to get rid of. The dishwasher doesn't work and has rust inside of it. The carpet is dingy. The apartment was given to me with my closet door not attached to the closet. The only reason they get two stars from me is because the had to deal with my roommate, the tenant from hell. He got us kicked out of our house, moved us in here after I told him not to move me into an apartment, took my money and proceeded not to pay the rent for two months. Unfortunately, he eventually paid it so me and my other roommate are still stuck here. I don't know if they would fix any of these issues if my roommate actually cared about the way he lived and brought them up like I asked him to. If I wasn't focused on school at the time of us getting kicked out which was mid semester, I would have never allowed for us to move into an apartment of this condition. However, if you don't care about your living space then you will be fine here. Spend the extra money and go Park at Towne Lake, because this place is not worth what they are charging. I didn't particularly like living there when I did, but this place can't eat at the same table as Park."

"In my opinion, customer service ranks above all else. We stopped by The Palmer while searching for an apartment in the area. The office staff was awesome! Assistant manager, Briana, was so patient with answering our questions and addressing our concerns while showing us around the property. She made us feel like this was a place that we could call home, knowing that they would always take care of us. She was phenomenal!"

"I just wanted to share my experience at The Palmer Apartments. Kaylee made my tour so easy, straight forward, and informative. From the time I walked in the door until the time I got my keys I was impressed with her helpfulness and professionalism. When she wasn't there to help me, Jordan and Alexus made sure that I got everything I needed and was very insightful about the property. I appreciate the office for everything that they have done for me. Although, the apartment is a little bit older, they maintained it. They have surely made me feel at home."

"I’ve lived at The Palmer for 7 months & so far it’s been a great experience for me. When I came to look at apartments I met with Briana. She really listened to my wants & needs & showed me an apartment that was exactly what I was looking for.She was also extremely helpful to me when it came to getting all my documents submitted & my utilities set up. I live in an area close to several amenities & have had no problems with noise or people loitering.The grounds are well kept & the neighbors I’ve had have been friendly & welcoming. Of course there are improvements that could be made which is completely normal in a rental community with numerous tenants of all kinds but The Palmer staff works hard to resolve issues & create a safe & peaceful environment for all its residents. I LOVE living here & calling The Palmer home!"
