"I haven’t moved in yet but I’m so ready to be in a beautiful, friendly, great location. The workers in the office will work with you, and makes you feel part of the community. I have walked around and talked to a few people that live there. I noticed their smiles first. That says a lot. Our conversations were very nice and looking forward to seeing more smiles"
"Kayla Flowers, worst of the worst. I have the old manager a notice via letter that I would be buying a home. I was said to be good and they would work with me. They rented the apartment out and the individual moved in late 20+ days. I was already moved out and cleaned the apartment. Later I get a letter from Kayla saying I owed 2500+ dollars. Not professional at all. We had agreed, the letter was written and when Kayla became the manager she got cocky and it went down hill. They Don’t respect Service Members. Things change after you move in. This community is going downhill fast. In the future please work with your service members. It’s vital to our families."
