The community is always clean and well kept. The maintanence crew get to any work orders I have quickly. Even management is friendly, management even brought popsicles to the pool for everyone on hot days this past summer."

"I lived at Brooke Mill for a little over a year. I just moved out and have had no positive experiences. To begin, I moved into an apartment with new appliances and they were all the cheapest options possible. My dishwasher worked for a day and hasn't worked since. I put in work orders that would mark it complete even if no one even came to look at it and eventually I just gave up in trying to get it looked at. The maintenance staff and front desk staff failed in assisting me with that matter. Also when I moved in the apartment was infested with small roaches. I ended up getting rid of all of them myself with consistency, but still it's no place to want to bring your one year old at the time to. Next, the lights have been off in the walkways of building 1001 for months, which is a total safety hazard. This is more so major due to numerous elderly individuals residing in that building. To top matters off, I was met with resistance during the move out process due to the front office worker at hand claiming I need to return a pool pass that I never even received during my initial move in. If you're like me and were looking to move into an apartment complex in order have maintenance staff that stay on it, or front desk workers that get back to you, then I would most definitely choose elsewhere. Update: They are trying to charge me for a pool pass I never received at the fault of Krystin. Quality service at its finest. Again, I would not move here if you value having proper service. The staff seems to not care and its clear in their actions."
