"This apartment has proven to be a significant disappointment. After carefully reviewing the feedback, my lack of astonishment is warranted. Upon applying for the apartment, I was informed that a refund of $200.00 would be issued if I didn't qualify, and that is precisely what transpired. This issue dates back to July 2023. Despite my persistent calls, I was repeatedly informed that the refund had been sent to my new address. Gabriel, the individual in charge, exhibited a consistently rude demeanor, providing subpar customer service with an irritating attitude. At present, my calls are being consistently blocked, redirecting straight to voicemail. It's disheartening to witness actions that contradict words. Fortunately, I am relieved that I never proceeded with moving into this apartment."

"As a warning to people who want to move in here. Pretty much everyone smokes here. It is to the point where the unit I am staying in has smelled like weed/cigarettes ever since I moved in, and I don't smoke. The contract has a section in it where it says you can't smoke in certain areas, like in the units or near the units, but it's not enforced, which makes it so much worse. Not too long ago, I pulled into the complex after getting off work and getting my son. I saw two kids who were probably in high school smoking weed, sitting on the curb less than 20 feet from the main office. You can open your window for some fresh air, and that is the last thing you will get. If the smoking policy were enforced as stated in the contract, this place would be a wonderful place."

"Documenting what my nephew just told me regarding his situation with this apartment complex. He applied for an apartment and was shown with one by Gabriel. However, he gave up his place and went to move in today 26 Aug. There was a lady who showed him his apartment which was not the one promised, which had dead roaches all over, as if the place had just been fumigated. The guy Gabriel whom he dealt with and who represented the apartment complex wasn't there. My nephew showed the lady all of the dead bugs and the live ones when he moved the appliances. There were holes in the walls where doorknobs punch through since there are no door stoppers. The reviews on this place are terrible. I wish my nephew had read them. My intent is to help him get a full refund of everything he has paid to the complex, what he spent on moving, and what he now has to spend on hotel costs. I intend to have him contact the better business bureau, and any county or state agencies that oversee apartment rentals. There is no doubt in my mind, this place has a multitude of complaints."
