"When you need maintenance they don’t respond to emergency today is December 26 I have a leak in my bathroom and I also have a leak in my kitchen. I called for help with maintenance. Nobody called back nobody showed up."

Literally she has so many they should be paying rent How does the owner sleep at night knowing their tenants are living in UNLIVABLE conditions! Shut this pls down and pay your tenants for their pain and suffering!!! I will be in contact with the county and state government expeditiously!!!"

"Entire complex is roach infested. Treating one unit does not help because the entire building needs to be taken care of. It makes living here very hard, I do not like having company over due to this problem. The roaches are literally everywhere. Edit: Roach problem is only getting worse. Don’t think you can come here and ride the roaches on your own because it’s the buildings that are infested"

"Wow just one management after the next. This new management allows their staff to cut the water off from 8 pm til 9am without notice to tennants. it's awful people are here paying rent and can't wash. The owners need to do something about the staff members that just hang up the phone in their faces when we have problems. And yes this is a ROACH motel. The staff will paint the concrete before they get they take care of these ROACHES... REDICULOUS."
