"I have never had anyone go above and beyond like Mrs. Glinda did. She accidentally left my name off the card for a flower arrangement that I had sent to the funeral home. I was upset because I wanted my family to know I had sent them the flower. Mrs. Glinda made a whole new flower arrangement and had her husband take the flower to my cousins house. That was above and beyond what I expected, and I am truly grateful. She was so apologetic, and you can tell she really cares about her customers.The arrangement that was sent to the funeral home was amazing!!!!"
