"I had a minor issue on my commute home. Pulled off the interstate and stopped at Tires Plus! The gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable, helpful and solved my issue very quickly and was back in the road. Thank you for the great service!"

"I had a engine light on my car, I took it to auto zone to have it accessed and the report stated it needed a max air censor, I had it replaced but the engine light would not go off. I then took the car to Tire Plus in Conyers, Ga, they placed it on the computer and then showed me in hand writing that it needed repairs in access of over 3,000.00 dollars. I asked the clerk to show me the computer print-out and he refused stating that they always write them out, so I asked him to just show the report to me on the actual computer, he then, again, refused to show it to me. What kind of people does this. Everywhere I've taken my car to to be evaluated, I have been given a computer printout. I believe that this particular Tires Plus establishment is crooked as a dogs hind legs. I want to see my evaluation on a computer print-out or give me my 128.00 back. I will go further on this because I know in my heart you won't do a damned thing about it. These people gives Tires Plus a bad name."

"I brought my tire in because I had a warranty. The attendant told me to come back because there was a 2-hour wait. I schedule for my son to come on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 4:30 pm. When he got there the attendant told him that they would need to order a new tire, and for him to leave the flat tire with them. The issue is that she never examined the tire to see if it could be repaired, nor did she discuss with my son or me the cost of a new tire due to a warranty that prorates the cost based on mileage. My son left the tire. I later received a call from the attendant requesting mileage to prorate the cost of the new tire that had already been mounted on my rim. I explained that no one mentioned a cost to me or my son when before performing the service. Nor did anyone tell me in advance that the tire was not salvageable. When I paid for the new tire, I was charged for a new warranty without my knowledge or consent. I was emailed a receipt where I saw the charge when I reviewed the email on my smart phone before leaving the 1270 Dogwood Dr. SE, Conyers, GA location. I told the attendant that I did not want the warranty and asked for a refund. She said that she was not authorized to issue refunds and I would have to wait for the manager, whom she told me earlier would not be in until 02/02/2024 from 8am-4pm. I paid $1896 for a tune up on 09/18/2023, approximately 5 months earlier, but had to have my vehicle towed to another mechanic because when I spoke to the manager he said that they would run a diagnostic, which they would charge for, and if the issue is related to the tune up, the parts are within the 12 month warranty period. The new mechanic told me that one of the coils was bad. I told him that I had just gotten a tune up at Tires Plus, he asked me if I wanted to take it back to them because if I had the tune up recently it was still under warranty. I showed him the invoice from the repair because I was not sure of the exact date. He was shocked that I was charged $125 per coil. They replaced 8 with the cheapest they could find. Even before they did the tune up, the kid who took my information was so busy on his cell phone that he did not enter my vehicle in their system correctly, so it sat there for two days with no one working on it."

"I was running late for my appointment and called and spoke with Ms. Chelsea. She provided me the option to reschedule for a few hours later. I walked into the shop and Ms. Chelsea was on the phone with what seemed like a difficult customer because she was a bit flustered, but answering customers questions politely and courteously. She completed the call with customer, took a deep breath and with a smile asked how can I help you. I manage a contact center and wanted to let you all know, Ms. Chelsea has great customer Service. Representing your company well by providing Excellent Customer Service and would definitely bring me back to your business. Thank you Ms. Chelsea"

"If I could give this store ZERO stars I would!!!!!!!! I needed four tires for my 2021 VW atlas. I was quoted a little over 300.00. I asked SEVERAL times if he was sure because that was 500-600 less than what I’d been quoted from other shops. The worker told me he was sure each time. Due to the time crunch I was under, I rushed over for the install because I had to be there by 5p for them to get the job completed. When I got there, ANOTHER worker told me the tires were discontinued which is why they were so cheap and if I ever needed to replace them, I’d have to get a different brand. I didn’t care, I was just ecstatic for the price. I even purchased the warranty for the alignment. I dropped the car off, told them I’d pick it up the next day, paid 50.00 for an Uber to get home and get my secondary car. I get a call this morning from the general manager, Trent. Apparently I was misquoted by not one, but TWO employees and my price should’ve been over 800.00. He was only willing to give me a 10% discount for my troubles. Pissed is an understatement. So they had to put my old tires back on my vehicle after it’d been lifted and dismantled. Don’t waste your time with these people."
