"Walked into the store early morning on 12-27-23. There were literally no other customers in the store. Told the cashier THREE TIMES that I was ready to check out. He continues cleaning the windows outside. As if he didn’t care about our time. My son, had to go outside and tell him again that we needed to check out so we can get to work. Just ridiculous customer service. I guess the window cleaning was more important than the only paying customer he had in the store. Save yourself the hassle…."
"I went in the store needing help. There were 3 workers there, 2 were busy. One worker just looked at me and watched me stand there needing help for 15 minutes and never even said a word!"
"Good service key to bring in customers, and what separates you from another is that service. I was in need of getting rid of some used oil and filters. They stated they can only take a few gallons of oil and they didnt take any used oil filters when it states on the front store window that they do. Im not upset but simple things like great service goes a long way. Went to advance autoparts and they helped me out with no issues. I had to tip the person because they made my life much easier. As I was driving back home I was telling myself man Im never going back to Oreillies anymore for help because I feel that they would say no to a service they claim to offer. This was my experience the 2 times I had to do this and this time it was worse. All im saying is be more willing to help, it can go a long way."

"I mistakenly visited this auto shop yesterday and I realized this as soon I entered the store because the aura was way off. It was the total opposite from the friendly professional person that I’d spoken to on the phone. Someone did try to assist me with my needs in-spite of the snide looks given to me by the female worker with pink hair. This is also in addition to my screaming toddler. Whom felt the negative energy as well. I’m new in town and hope I never have to visit this shop again!"
