"We were traveling for the weekend when the tensioner broke and the serpentine belt shredded in our mini cooper. Ryan at EuroweRx, while he was not able to fix the problem that Friday evening due to not having parts at hand, went above and beyond to help us out. "2004 MiniCooper Check engine light rough idle. Ryan’s customer service skills is on point! Listened to all of my concerns with patience as he was extremely busy that day. Dropped the car off so he could diagnose the problem next day called me to advise he found the issue and was able to repair the problem much cheaper then the dealership would have charged. A couple days for the parts to come in and we were good to go. Ryan also thoroughly inspected the vehicle for to ensure everything was in proper working order. Daughter safely returned to Savannah State University with vehicle running like champ. Thank you"
