"I always receive great services, and I go here because the employees are so personable and friendly. I usually only get my oil changed here, but I went ahead and allowed them to service my A/C. A hose had to be replaced due to a leak once the hose was replaced and the system recharged with freon. I was back to getting cold air, & it gets pretty hot in GA, so you have to have A/C. I highly recommend the store in Conyers, GA, as this is the one I go to myself."

"I have previously had great experiences with this Precision Tune Auto location (Hwy 138 - Conyers), but this time was absolutely DREADFUL! I called ahead, and explained my problem to them. They told me to go ahead and have it towed to their location for a diagnostic service. I had AAA tow me to their location, and they sat on the car from Thursday to Monday without completing the diagnostic. They told me that it needed a new battery (which AAA had already told me before I had it towed there, which I had shared with them). At first, they struggled to even get unlatch the hood. They expressed that they had no knowledge of a car having similar problems. They then quoted me $438 for a battery (battery and "labor"), when I knew that I could get it for $200 or less virtually anywhere. I then decided to have my car towed to another repair shop. Precision Auto Tune charged me $19.99 for the battery check, then told me that if I didn't quickly have the car towed from the parking space where they had placed it, I would risk having their shop have my car towed away for taking up their parking spaces. That made me extremely anxious since AAA took 4 hours to pick up the car from Precision Auto Tune. I towed my car to another shop, that replaced the battery for $200 (less than half of what Precision Tune Auto had quoted me), ran the diagnostics, and replaced a hose in less than 24 hours! Plus, it costed the same amount for all of these services that Precision Tune Auto wanted to charge me for just the battery! I would DEFINITELY NEVER EVER use Precision Tune Auto again (any location)! I ended up taking Lyft for 4 days, wasting time and energy, being stressed out and lied to... but at the end of the day, I found another repair shop that was efficient, fair, professional, knowledgeable, etc. I will use THAT shop forever! I rarely (if ever) complete negative reviews, but I have to warn others to stay away from Precision Tune Auto (or at least the Hwy 138 location in Conyers!"

"I love this location , I come here for my oil changes and whenever my car has an issue . One time I thought my car sounded funny and the technician did a test drive with me to see if he was hearing the same thing . They are all about trying to see what’s wrong and not trying to get your money for no reason . Customer service and work is excellent !!"
