"At first they came highly recommended. They did some repairs, and it was good work. We decided to buy a truck from them. We have had it 3 days, and it’s been nothing but issues. It had issues starting it right after we got home, the brake light was out, and it needs a new air bag. Roger tells us that Chevy has a recall, and the waitlist was several months. We called and had an appointment within 2 days. We get to Chevy, and there is no recall on this truck. I call back, and no one will answer the phone. We called 4-5 times. We finally get an answer, and his son tells me well you will have to replace the air bag then. This is an issue we stated needed to be fixed before we bought the truck. We wanted it fixed, but he claimed Chevy would do it. Chevy won’t fix it, and they won’t either. I get buying a used truck has some risk, but this is not good business. We are trying to speak to Roger about it, and will update when we do."
