"I rolled in a little before 7pm and my car, previously owned by my mom who passed away 01/01/24 was overheating. Greg had Garrett put coolant in but the coolant was pouring out. Greg gave me a ride home 9.5 miles away. I am leaving the car here for a diagnostic. Greg went above and beyond. I give him the highest recommendation can give. Your location here in Hiram is in excellent hands."

"Hi, I recently purchased tires. I left my vehicle most of the day. At time to pick it up was advised no time to complete the alignment as agreed upon. Was advised break pads were fine. When I returned my vehicle to have alignment complete a few hundred miles later and was advised now I not only need break pads but now I need all new rotors as well as all 4 break pad replacement however they could not complete the vehicle break job because they lost my wheel bolt hub lock key. I was advised I have to go get a new one at the dealership. I was not offered any other options and was provided the worse communication or really no communication though out the day until I stopped back in to check on my car. I've been going to Firestone for many many years. This is very disappointing. The lack of respect and service will be the reason I won't be back. Now I have to research how I find my lock key and find someone else to complete the additional repairs that was not needed a few miles ago."
