"I had just had my back and neck operated on and was on crutches. The gentleman was pretty rude and it seemed bothering him to check my car and confirm it is my transmission. Just rude . Won't be back there . Tried calling the owner three times to see about the fee It suxs because they are 5 doors down from me and are my neighbors. Still never received a call back."

"I cannot say enough. They rebuilt my wife's 2006 Explorers transmission. Great price and very comparable to others. I had an issue a month after repair and it was the shifting cable. It came undone and they repaired for no additional fee, it may not have even been there issue but they stood by it being a possibility. Very nice owner and I will be back if I need their services! The guy below giving bad reviews is posting on multiple transmission companies pages. Almost word for word bad reviews. I don't have much trust in that review."
