"Originally had gone to the Advanced Auto Parts down the road in regards to the battery on my Mercedes. The rep there was extremely unhelpful and borderline incompetent. Came here and Joey helped me out. Was looking to borrow the tools to do the install myself, but Joey told me that it wasn’t a problem; he’d do it for me. It ended up being a problem. A total hassle and headache, and Joey was apologetic to me in regards to how long it was taking. I was at the same time trying to apologize for the same reason. His response was “no problem; I knew what I was getting into.” Joey is a credit to your company, and managerial training. He turned a situation which initially has been a headache for me into a complete breeze, and I am very thankful to him. Give him a damn raise!!"

"The young guy behind the counter was a little snot! He likes talking to you but when you talk, he is too busy playing with his phone! DO NOT BE ON YOUR PHONE AT WORK! PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! We walked out and went to Auto Zone!"

"Wouldn’t install my battery because I bought it before I came in. I offered to pay $100 and they were petty about it. “You didn’t buy it from us so I’m not putting it in” as I was urgently needing it. Zero help. Don’t go here. They just want your money"

"After my husband and I being in the store on 7-15-23 to pick up parts we ordered on 7-14 and having an absolutely horrible experience for the firs time ever going in that store. We were accused of being resist and threatened by an employee which I will not name. I will however say that Joey is the best management I have experienced in a long time anywhere. Thanks to him and his excellent customer service skills he saved the day and kept us as customers. Joey deserves a bonus for all the hard work and he does there at that store and all he probably has to put up with!
