"I’ll never bring my business back here. I only came here because Auto Zone didn’t have the 3rd windshield wiper size that I needed but the kid at the register was on the phone, didn’t really know what he was talking about and had me standing at the register for 10 minutes to ring me up. And then didn’t offer to help me put on the wiper which is fine, it’s easy but… Autozone down the street always helps me when I need assistance, I do t even have to ask there they just offer. Hey you live and you learn, I just won’t be back to AAP. Take your business down the street."

"Horrible service. One customer was at the counter when I walked in. After he left, the rep never greeted me when I walked in nor did he check on me after the only other customer left. I was in there struggling to find what I needed, it was obvious and he never came to check on me. After a couple of minutes, I decided to leave. He barely looked up at me and said have a good day ma'am. He did not ask if I needed help, just basically good bye. I said thanks for the no help and I will take my business elsewhere. No one should be treated with that kind of disrespect. I will never come here again. NEVER!"

"Terrible service here was forced to wait 23 mins on a manger to put in a code on the register guess it take 2 employees to approve a price check. The thing that really got me was CORY the manager this guy is by far a complete stomach churning display of a manager. Will never use any advance auto part location after the way i was talked to in front of a store full of people. 1 star is a over statement for rating my experience."
