"Great place to do business with! Called about a particular mower and the knowledgeable staff recommended another brand of mower that was probably the better choice. Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer any questions and offer their opinions (if asked), or to let you browse the showroom at your own pace. They have a large showroom with many models available to purchase and test as well. I will definitely go back for any future lawn care needs!"

"Stanton, Vice President of Macon Outdoor Power, was very nice and helpful to my wife and I today when we came in to see about possibly getting our riding lawn mower repaired. He came outside in threatening weather without any apparent hesitation and provided a rapid assessment of the mower, offering a repair to be done later in the year due to the time that would be involved with such a challenging project and their current workload, and also offered to provide names of other repairmen who might be willing to take care of it. We decided to look at new models, and satisfied with the discount and the sales options we received we opted to purchase a new mower. Even after our agreement was made he threw in a bonus of a trailer hitch and the installation. Superb service and professionalism is what we have ALWAYS received there, despite our infrequency of visiting them and effectively being strangers to them. Even after the purchase and running beyond their normal closing time, and the fact that the weather hadn't improved, only had worsened to now include rain and an occasional burst of lightening and thunder, Stanton came out to assist with loading up and went above and beyond, helping me in getting the trailer ready by raising and securing the ramps. Not to mention, he'd already ensured that we were instructed about the use and service requirements and had swapped out new mower blades for some we had bought elsewhere for our other mower so we would have replacement blades for our new mower. I know we'll return there whenever we have any need for service, parts, or other equipment. They're All ALWAYS so helpful, respectful and polite and friendly."
