"Work/home life balance is great, but overall, this place has no structure. It's not the job, in particular. It's mainly because of management. The GM and Branch Manager has no earthly idea what they're doing. Not to mention, you have no voice here. It's always their word over yours. And furthermore, they pushed me on out the door before I could even fulfill my two weeks notice. Its a snake pit. Just my two cents, but to whomsoever this may concern, do what YOU have to do."
"Unprofessional, unorganized, unstructured and have little regard for employees. Management has no idea what they are doing. They make drivers deliver to places where a truck shouldn't even GO! They get the addresses wrong and drivers are constantly getting lost or sent to the wrong place. The warehouse supervisor is a gossiping micromanaging flunky who constantly throws tantrums and will chunk his hat or a pen or whatever he has in his possession, when he gets upset (like a 5 year old). The BOM is very nonchalant and is known for ordering the wrong product. Contractors be careful! I could go on but, why bother. I got AWAY! Lol. But this is just MY personal experience and what I witnessed. Check them out for yourself..if you dare."
