"Needs to be shut down! It’s never open and honestly everyone in the area is tired of it! Guy at the counter had customers sitting outside for over an hour waiting for the store to open! They said they were deep cleaning and would be open by 9:30am! This is pathetic!"

"This is the most unprofessional store that I have seen. Your staff is immature and disrespectful. The leadership act like high school students participating in drama club. The store is dirty, the isles are blocked by merchandise that has not been put up. The card machine barely works most of the time. I despise feeling like I'm at the club and getting a contact high in the trashy parking lot."
