"We are done with this place. Do not offer a service to cut wood, if it’s always going to be a problem. First of all, took 15 mins and four employees calling to get someone out there to cut the wood. Then the employee came out with an attitude and slapped three boards on top of each other to cut. It would have been fine, if he had ensured that the board were flush and level, but he didn’t and so there was over 1/8” difference between the boards. When it was brought to his attention, he grumbled and pointed at a sign that said they don’t do “percision” cuts. Obviously, they don’t take the time to spell correctly, so maybe I was expecting too much. Headed to Lowe’s!"
"Horrible store to deal with. I've been calling for 3 plus hours to see if they have something and no one wants to answer the phone. They need better management and people that actually wanna do their job the correct way. Hopefully Cooperate will resolve these issues. Or I'll start using Lowe's Home Improvement."
