"SHAUNDA WAS THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON AT ANY RETAIL STORE IVE BEEN TOO! She was fast. Efficient did not miss a beat, and when I say, she was absolutely tremendous, I mean from the bottom of my heart she needs a raise! My husband calls me the queen of returns because I don’t like to waste money so when I say in the customer service department, I’ve never seen anyone who didn’t miss something or have a horrible attitude. She was very sweet, upbeat, and efficient. She definitely needs a raise and y’all are lucky to have her."
"My Aunt purchased a refrigerator from them and it was delivered today. As they were leaving, they ran over her water lines. She called lowes immediately and told them what happened. She was told that it would be 72 hours before the even reviewed her complaint. So is she supposed to go without water for 3 days? They then proceeded to hang up on her. Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!"

"I purchased the dryer and washer . 6-7-2023 They are supposed to deliver 6-18-2023 They did not call and nothing. But they delivered 6-21-2023 And when they took out the dryer and washer. Washer had gotten damaged. And they put the dryer in the laundry room. I could not use it again until the washer was delivered They delivered the washer 6-25-2023 So we were ready to hook with the dryer and washer. Since we turn on the dryer.made loud sounds. I called the lows, and they said 48 hours delivered, policey whatever. They gave me a samsung number to call them to check. They(samsung Technicians came 7-7-2023 They checked under and said it is bent under the metal part. It is a delivered problem. I called the Lows again They said it is not a low s problem. Is it my problem made all damaged under? So where do I have to call and my money back? They don't know call this place and this place. Do I have to hire the attorney to get fixed with lows or ware house? Different answer I received for whole 2 weeks"
