"The bad - We ordered our furniture in June and it didn't arrive for 5 months even though the website showed 4 to 6 weeks. This is somewhat understandable. They needed to order the furniture from Ashley and it took Ashley a while to deliver it. The problem I have with this is Dream Home Interiors will often show furniture in stock on their website that they do not have. After questioning this, I was told that they could not keep up with everything on the website because that would be impossible. Honestly it isn't. That is the whole point of showing in stock or not. That way the customer knows when to expect the merchandise. The good - We got a great deal on the furniture we purchased. The deliver personnel did a good job of getting it into the house carefully. It came without any damage and we love the way it looks, it is comfortable as well."

"Changing my review to 4 stars. George and his team got involved. They shipped and assembled the furniture. Very happy with the furniture. If shipping could have been little earlier I would have given 5 stars. It took almost 3 months to get it delivered. If you are ok with the waiting time I will definitely buy from here again"

"Purchased 4 dining chairs from DHI because pricing for these chairs was by far the most competitive. Once order was finalized I was given a 6-8 week timeframe for delivery. During this time I emailed DHI multiple times to check on the status and always received a response within 24-48 hours. Delivery took 10 weeks, but that was to be expected with shipping delays at an all time high. Overall this was a good experience and I will definitely shop with this company again. "I moved during the early stages of the pandemic. A time when it was hard to find stores open and items that wasn't sold out. DHI not only had a beautiful selection on their site, I was able to call and ask questions to which they were very helpful. Even with any financing. I live a bit away from the main location and they delivered right to my home anyways. Some pieces had to be ordered and of course delayed but that was due to the manufacturer and the pandemic situation. Eventually all the pieces made it in and in excellent condition. Very happy with the service and the end result."
