"While I was excited to visit this Goodwill, I was a bit disappointed. Unfortunately, one of the associates informed me that their dressing rooms are permanently closed. This makes thrift shopping for clothes a bit more difficult. Additionally, if an item doesn’t fit, you’re not eligible for a refund, only store credit."

"Witnessed something horrific at one of the good will stores a lower class woman comes into the store to get a bottle for her baby the bottle was only a few dollars and she asked a employee if she could have it since she couldn’t afford it the manager said no, so a employee offered to buy it for her and the manager yelled at the employee and said that the employee would be fired if he did that. Such a shame good will is supposed to be for the less fortunate"

"Not sure what happened at this location as it used to be clean and well kept. There was next to nothing on the shelves. What was there was filthy and/or broken and everything is Very over priced. The bathrooms were disgusting and there was no soap or sanitizer to be found. I used to love Goodwill and was able to find things that we might not have in the budget otherwise. Not anymore and that's unfortunate for people worse off than myself."

"Great location. I really enjoyed the nice items at this location. The furniture items were nice quality, I purchased a couple of barstools and an ottoman, the toy items were nice as well, there was a nice size selection of bicycles, books, pictures, frames and more. The employees in the front end were friendly including the male Hispanic manager. I had to wait a few days to get an item that the bottom ticket was torn off of me with there system they can’t tell if the items were purchased yet even with the ticket number. I didn’t go back because I didn’t want to travel that far to maybe get the item. Maybe they should have offered to call me if it was available in a few days. That would have been five star service. Overall a great location I would highly recommend to everyone"

"The worst, slowest goodwill for drop off ever! Came by to drop off some nice donations and as I waited I saw people were having to unload their items themselves so left to come back another day. Upon returning a different day, the line was even longer wrapped around the side and back of the building. Because I didn't want to carry the donations in my vehicle another day I waited in the excruciatingly long line. After 1hr 20min it was finally my turn to drop off. With only 1 poor guy working you'd think they'd have 2 people to help unload to make the process faster. I think we waited 10 min at one point for him to take his break. Unfortunate when they make enough money off of the tons of stuff that's donated that you'd think they'd hire another person. Makes me never want to drop off here again."
