"Just had the top of a cushion re-covered by Casey and it was super quick and the customer service was impressive. I was psyched originally to hear it would be ready next day only to find out a couple hours after dropping it off that it was almost ready! He was hoing to be running errands at a half way point between my house and the shop and offerred to meet me in town to pick it up so I did not have to drive as far. I don't think I've ever had one be so considerate. The care and effort put into this transaction truly made a difference with the week I was having."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Doesn’t stand by his word. Is nearly impossible to communicate with - doesn’t text back or return calls. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your upholstery needs. He may do good work (but I can’t say because I haven’t seen my chairs) but it really doesn’t matter if the items can’t be completed as promised."
"I had an occasional chair upholstered with a remanent that was pretty small. He did an excellent job with all details including matching of pattern. It was not an easy project. I would not hesitate to take any project to him. He does excellent work."
"We approached Gaytons Upholstery to get our dining chairs cushions which were torn and worn out re-upholstered. It looks brand new and the repair was done in a day's time. Customer service was phenomenal. I would very highly recommend Casey to anyone needing a professional interior repair. Thanks a ton for the professional job !"
"This is the first time I've had to find an upholsterer. I called, described the issue, and he asked me to bring in the item. He said he could take care of it. He said it would take a few days. Gave him the go ahead, and I had my cushions (6 back cushions) back in 24 hours. I am very pleased and would recommend them again. And his prices were very reasonable! Thank you! (And my dogs have not figured out how to sleep on the tops yet, so this is great!)"
