"For my small business, OfficeMax has been perfect for everything I've needed to keep my office stocked and fully functional. My purchases have included pens, printer ink, post-it pads, paper, staples, some furniture, stamps, envelopes, and even my official notary stamp! I really like this store and its staff. Parking is a breeze and the location is prime!"

"Sent 24 self produced children’s books through their online system and on the day of pickup, I hear that the work, which looked perfect in the online booklet creator, was unprintable. Not sure what happened , as these were single image per page PDFs that print normally at home and everywhere else. The person I spoke to mentioned that there were some pages that had looked like they were going to have white space around the edges and looked somewhat imperfect… they are children designed booklets. Print them, staple them, take my money…. Not sure how this got so complicated. My heart is broken that these kids won’t get their published books, have their authors publishing party, or any holiday gift for their parents. What a huge waste of my time and their joy. Do not use this company for your print on demand needs. Should have paid attention to the other reviews"

"Staff was very helpful assisting me in the self-serve copying/printing area. I wanted them to cut my prints using their cutter versus me doing it, which I’m sure would not turn out well. She was more than happy to help & I was happy to pay for the service."

"I purchase items here often for work and need the electronic receipts for reimbursement. Without asking, the cashier reached over the counter and pressed the button to skip the e-mailed receipt prompt when I was checking out. Of course, I told her that I have to have the e-mailed receipt to give to my bookkeeper and she was visibly annoyed with me even though it was her fault. No apology and attitude for something that I didn't even cause."

"I really don’t ever leave reviews, but this experience was so awful I felt compelled to leave a comment. I normally go to the OfficeMax over in Flowery Branch (which is great) but since I was here I stopped in to print 5x7 paintings. I was hoping to feel the different kinds of paper and make sure it was what I wanted. Which was to look and feel like a real painting on some kind of textured paper. Both the print technician and the other worker wouldn’t even let me get in line because everything “has to be online.” They WILL not print anything in store. I still needed my prints so I went online to try and place and order — even though I still wanted to see and touch the actual product — and every time I tired to bring up print services on the Office Depot website I got error pages saying that the page I needed (basic printing services) had been moved. So they wouldn’t let me print in the store and online doesn’t even work. I headed over to UPS 6 minutes away and am now waiting as they print beautiful paintings, exactly as I hoped. So, don’t come here, go to UPS."
